Whereas the Digital Age is altering the very dynamic of how, where, when and with whom business is conducted, profoundly affecting the traditional centers of free enterprise, and;

Whereas the ability to maintain, strengthen and expand the economic leadership of the bi-county region is predicated on the ability of a focused, cogent development community to address in a non-partisan manner those public policy issues that affect our region’s business future, and;
